- Client may not reverse-engineer or replicate our proprietary methods
7.3 Work Product
- Custom analyses and recommendations become client property upon payment
- Templates and frameworks customized for client use become client property
- General methodologies and approaches remain LaNier intellectual property
- Joint work products are owned according to their constituent elements
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
8.1 Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for client's failure to implement recommendations
- Force majeure events are excluded from liability calculations
8.2 Professional Standards
- All services are provided according to professional consulting standards
- We maintain professional liability insurance appropriate to our services
- Services are provided with professional care and competence
- Any errors or omissions will be corrected at no additional charge
8.3 Client Indemnification
- Client agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from their use of our services
- Client is responsible for ensuring they have authority to engage our services
- Client warrants that all information provided to us is accurate and complete
- Client assumes responsibility for implementation decisions and outcomes
9. PRIVACY POLICY INTEGRATION
